1 Introduction

4.4 Transaction Disputes

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn.

All games available on 229bd use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and audited. The outcome of every game is determined by the RNG and cannot be influenced by 229bd or by any player action outside of the normal rules of the game.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

6.2 Malfunctions

Winnings generated as a direct result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.

6.3 Disconnections

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 229bd and will result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith

10 Account Termination

Where an account is closed by 229bd due to a breach of these Terms, any balance may be forfeited. Where closure is for other reasons, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

11 Liability

229bd provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 229bd's liability to any player is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
